Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to have read and understood the terms of service provided below.

โ€ General

  • DO NOT use my art for NFT / AI

  • I have the rights to refuse your commission if I'm uncomfortable with the request.

  • I only accept commission that i can post publicly when its done.

โ€ Revision

  • Two revision is allowed in the sketch phase,

  • After 2 revision, there will be extra cost , the cost depending on the difficulties

  • Revision are not allowed after sketch progress except changing colour on some minor part (colouring progress)

โ€ Commercial Use

  • Tier 1: Price x2 for promotional/streaming purposes (Music videos, VTuber branding, digital goods).

  • Tier 2: Price x3 for merchandise purposes (Ex. stickers, prints, acrylic charms).

โ€ Payment

  • Commissions must be paid in full upfront.Work on the commission will begin once the payment is received.

  • If you need the file to have a specific size, or have a minimum requirement for the dimensions (for printing purposes or to be used inside a social media banner, for example), please let me know so I take it into consideration.

  • An extra fee might be included if a character's design is too complex (lots of accessories and details), or if you'd like me to do character/outfit design.
